Well yeah.. I gave the wrong e-mail address to the woman at Customer Support. I was just wondering really whether if I give the referance number of the call, could I just ask for them to send me another e-mail to my other address? And what shall I phone under, like.. Xbox Hardware etc..

I was playing condemned 2 single player last night and weird black lines start running through the screen. Being Condemned, I thought it was meant to happen, a weird visual thing, as there are plenty. I turn my 360 on today and I have one red light ¬¬. Unplugged everything, rebooted and it still didn't work. Tried again after taking hard drive out, still no luck.

Ive had my 360 for around a year and a half now, so its out of warrenty. I heard it costs around £60 to be repaired by Microsoft, so I guess im screwed.
