Unreal Tournament, with a honorable mention to Ghost Recon (aside from the horrible spawn killing).

Original Three Musketeers, though the truffle crisp is in close second.

My ratio is pretty low, but probably far from the lowest.

Lord of the Flies is the one that comes to mind immediately.

Shadow Hearts: From the New World ; Never could beat the final boss

Dead Space 2, Dead Space is an awesome game and looking forward to what they bring to the sequel.

Shadow Hearts: FtNW. Got to the final boss and kept on dying, so I put the game away and haven't touched it since.
