is it just me or are all the basic normal wired 360 mics peices of crap?

i have already been threw a few of them...and now my newest one broke again!!!

i am starting to get pissed off....i can hear people, but they can't hear me!

i treat them with great care, and maintain them properly....yet they still break on me...

has anyone else had the same issues? and if so....how many have you gone through?

i'm gonna buy it......i have to....my FFXI stuff takes up like most of my HD now....not including my music, demos, arcade games and everything else....

i don't like it....but i have to....i don't see any other choice....
