About the whole toad thing, I think it's annoying too, but I can see why.

Daisy? Wasn't created by Miyamoto, and nobody loves Daisy. :|

Obviously he could use Mario characters that he didn't personally create if he wanted to, but there's no reason he should be forced to. These characters have never been a part of the main mario series, either.

Seriously, wtf. Kojima basically refuses to do anything for nintendo systems, and snake hasn't been anywhere near nintendo since the NES days, (if I remember correctly) so what is this guy doing in brawl? To make things worse, he's over powered! Sonic is part of Nintendo's history, so that makes sense. Sakurai being a personal friend of Kojima is no reason to have snake in brawl! >: | *rants*
