Still think it's a harsh claim saying MS & Sony are lazy developers though. MS made Halo & Gears of War while Sony has made God of War & Motorstorm etc.

Not sure what you mean by downloadable, but the first 500,000 in Europe to register on the PSN will get it on Blu-ray. Sony has clarified what will happen (http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=74709).
