What's so unique about RE4? it's on 3 consoles already.heretrix
Control scheme and whatnot.
It was certainly worth my 30 more dollars, since i got the original for only 20.
If it does go multiplat, don't be surprised if Kojima is so pissed that he leaves the company.Not-A-Stalker
Why? He has said before he doesn't really like dealing with Sony.

I keep hearing this sh!t but I cant agree with you. I'm sure Wii has sold plenty of consoles, but what are you going to do with the Wii once you get it? Paper Mario won't last you too long, and after thats done, you've basically got a bunch of mini games. The Wii is great with a bunch of people around but what about when you want to chill and play an hour of splinter cell or oblivion? I would live to have a wii but i feel its almost an impulse at this point, like I want to own them all, but I don't think I'd ever play my wii that much. Honestly, how the hell do you put Wii in first position other than a particular month in console sales? You really have to look at the games available and those coming out because I don't see much of a reason to own one. You arent even going to get the AA multiplat games because the graphics cant handle it.
1. There are plenty of games other than Paper Mario I have enjoyed on my Wii.
2. I played my share of Splinter Cell (yuck) and Oblivion, those games aren't what I bought my Wii for.
3. Wii seems a logical choice for the largest install base because whether or not you want to admit it, non-gamers are buying them, and in a purely install base argument, those sales count just as much as your "hardcore" purchase.
4. Aside from Mario, Smash Brothers, and Metroid Prime 3, I look forward to Dragon Blade, Zack and Wiki, Red Steel 2, Mario Kart, SC Legends, Crystal Chronicles, Forever Blue, and No More Heroes, to name a few. So those are the upcoming games I own my Wii for.
5. I plan to eventually get a PS3 to play the interesting multiplatform games, but those are too few at the moment to justify a 700 dollar total investment.
I think in the end, install base will be something like...
45% Wii, 30% PS3, 25% X360. Worldwide, that is.
