There is a difference between playing a game made primarly for kids, and one that is really "childish." Games like pokemon and viva pinata are "childish," but are great games none the less. You shouldn't be ashamed to play those. But games like Hanna Montana, games made to sell to kids that are really just well marketed junk, should be avoided.
The thing is not whether it can handle it technically, its whether or not a console can make it work and whether or not people will buy it. I say no, but I certainly would like to be proven wrong (FFXI doesn't count that game is a flop.)
