However, despite what the facts are it is illegal for a reason and the reason is those harmful side effects, people abuse it. Even though tobacco isnt illegal I say that should be as well, but I aint running the country so yeah.

Possession of marijuana is illegal. The man should've been a lot more responsible being that he's a father and all that. The police got wrong intel but that's ultimately not the cause of all this, it's the father being irresponsible. Doesn't matter if weed is harmless, by being a citizen of the USA you agree to abide to all the laws the government mandates.
