You could try and equalise the pressure in your ears by taking a deep breath, closing your mouth and pinching your nostrils, and then blowing out the air as hard as you can (I know that sounds impossible to do when your mouth and nose are closed, but trust me).
You need to equalise the pressure in your ear drum. So you push it out with a force of air.

Hi, When i try to talk in while playing a game of halo 3 beta, Other players on my team cannot hear me unless i hold down on the D-pad I can hear and talk in the game lobby but now while player, is there an option to change this or somthing?
