Also, is my GS broken, cuz that castlevaniap number just looks wrong

EDIT: Found my own answer.... sorry to short change castlevaniap's 1371 (undergroundfrog)... I'll get that in for May (to be published May 30th, unless there's a death in the family, which is likely right now)

Hello,

I apologize for the late timing on this and I WILL have this on time for May. Some life stuff and honestly, some obsessive game collecting has kept me away (seriously, I've been jumping around the Northeast hunting Neo Geo MVS games). If not, I'll divide my collection evenly and send it to all of you. That's a guarentee you can count on!

Here are some conditions for participation:

You must be a member of the Candid Collectors' Union.
You must ask to be included in this thread.
You must submit photos of your collection in this thread to be included.
Your game total is from your gamespot collection, except in my case, 'cause I make the chart.
Your gamespot list must contain only games that you presently own, not games that are emulations, games that you used to own, or games that you have played. if you are found to be padding your total you will be removed from the list and the union.
If your total remains the same for four months running you will be removed from the list unless you otherwise communicate with me. Dormancy generally indicates that you are no longer active on gamespot.
You may ask to be removed from the list at any time.

------------------------------------------------------

Biggest Movers for the Month of March (by percentage)

Somenonsense -  6.74% (58 games)

Totalgridlock -  6.32% (34 games)

gamecamiller -  3.12% (33 games)

Yagami-Iori -  2.47% (22 games)

Sanctuary13 -  2.39% (14 games)

It looks like this missed our radars, but GameSpot has an article on a new service that is slated for this year that appears to NOT be vaporware (from the sounds of it they had their hands on some tangible products and service use) and actually is slated for an end of the year release.

OnLive: Inside and Out

I think anyone here will know my opinion on this device. It reminds me a lott of SegaChannel, which was pretty cool back in the day, but this service looks to be less of just a sampling service and looks to try and replace the other types of consoles. This just takes all the joy out of collecting, cuz with this, there is NOTHING there.

If you want to move into the cart territory with Neo Geo, I'd reall recommend getting a Converted Multi Video System (CMVS) or get an AES and a Super Convertor II. I recommend thiis, because then you can have a system you can hook up to your TV and be able to get th MVS games, which are in almost all cases, much cheaper then their AES counterpart. Either that or just get a full cab an play MVS games that way.

I'll deduct 10 points for not adding a second nub and another 10 points for media-less gaming (if that is what is going to happen).  The lack of a UMD doesn't neccesarily mean no interchangeable media (yeah, I'm kidding myself, I know).

So they assume everyone not only has broadband, but also that everyone has a wi-fi network.  I know I took those things for granted for a long time, but as I have recently discovered those things are far from universal.

If they are taking the the PSP the download only route then they are going to shoot off the small fragment of their foot that remains.

There is no way they could have added a second analog stick since the old games wouldn't be able to use it and if new games were programmed to anyone with an older model PSP would be screwed.

Don't know why I'd stick up for anything PSP at this point, but w/e...

The double analog could have been a nice second way to control games more accurately... but thatt pic is a mockup of what the finished goods will be, so it may jump in

That would be nice if the older games could use a second analog stick, but just putting another one on the system doesn't mean those old games would be able to use it. Those games would most likely not be able to use it unless they were reprogrammed to do so.

Probably true, but it's like dualanalog on PSOne, least it's there for the future, plus with all download, they could patch it in... bastards. I want my ownable media!

Kind of matches the last thread, but seeing as this is confirmation, needs a new topic. Looks like the PSP is going ALL internal storage...

1UP Story on new PSP 4000

Can't say 'm surprised by the move one bit, the UMD didn't really work that well as a format and digital download is getting bigger and bigger. We'll see if this changes things for the PSP's fortunes (my bet is no, as it's kind of a stop gap to the next REAL PSP successor.

Hiyas all, been quite busy as of late, but I've managed to get some time and to list the games I've gotten since my last post before vacation:

There completes three GCN games I've tried to get for a long, long time.

Samba De Amigo, Wii, $18, New

The New Monkey King, Wii, $9, New (already beat it too xD)

The Heavenly Guardian, Wii, $9, New

(two Japanese shooting game, must support the genre xD)

Wii Music, Wii, $40 Used But great shape

Animal Crossing, Wii, $40, used but great shape

My Club Nintendo Game & Watch Collection for the DS came in the mail too. I might just keep it sealed.

Rayman Raving Rabbids Limited Edition Wii Remote Charger: $30

That's from my blog. Here's the even newer stuff from today:

Soul Caliber, DC, Complete, $5, R1

Psychic Force 2012, DC, Complete, $5, R3
