After entering a status update on Facebook from my 360, I now have a new feed on Facebook called Live Feed. There seems to be slight disconnect between Live and the News Feed. Microsoft may also want to look into updating the text box for updating your Facebook status. You can only enter things on single line field, so it makes it very dificult to preview what you are going to send. I don't think I will be using the Facebook feature that much because of that, but I enjoyed using Last.FM.

The Live Feed and News Feed thing is just Facebook switching up the site again. Doesn't have anything to do with Xbox Live.

nice math but 2% is alot time wasting...if it was bush liberals would be all down his throat. obviously obama is held to a lower standard b/c if this was bush there would be hell to pay from the media...i say its a double standard

Presidents are human, therefore they need some time to wind down. Personally, I don't care how much time a president spends playing golf just so long as they can govern the nation. Bush or Obama, this is just getting petty.

The attempts to make optic cameo are pretty fascinating, but I was mainly asking about stealth on that navy seal/splinter cell level. I can't think of many known instances where people have supposedly used sneaking and hiding in shadows to accomplish something complex (but maybe that's because they were really good at it and were not caught/didn't tell). I would love to talk to a navy seal or some spec ops guy about that, it sounds fascinating. Also I love Garret.

You basically nailed it right there: talk to the SEALs or another branch of the special forces.

I can't verify this myself, but one of my friends in the marines was telling me that once in training one of his mates started badmouthing the SEALs and their CO heard him. They were ordered out into this completely deserted field and told to just start walking. Partway through their stroll, a squad of SEALs popped up right in the middle of them out of nowhere. They had literally walked right over them and had not seen them and, had that been real combat, they would have been dead. Kind of freaky, to think that a group of people could hide themselves that well :?

I think that I've played through Mass Effect six or seven times because the story is so enveloping and the game is just overall brilliantly designed. I never get tired of watching the final few cut scenes of the game. Assassin's Creed had a brilliant storyline, but not much replay value, imo. Can't wait for AC2 though. I would definitely have to also put down Morrowind and Oblivion, neither of which I got tired of because there is just so much to DO in those games.

And that's my two cents.

Borders and sometimes Half-Price. I don't usually buy internet because, for me, there's nothing quite like the feeling of walking into a building jammed to the ceiling with books

Well, it's either

In RPGs: a measure of how "tough" one's character is. What exactly this means varies from RPG to RPG. Often it will affect health and/or defense stats.

IRL (and please, PLEASE tell me you knew this one already. Lie if you have to): It's a document that definesrestricts the powers of a government. For example, the United States Consitution divides the power amongst three different branches of government and grants certain rights to the people which may not at any time be abridged by the government.

-Pancakes and bacon with warm, real maple syrup on a crisp morning while camping (I will always maintain that EVERYTHING tastes better while camping)
-The feeling you get when you're going through a crisis, and you realize that every single friend you have will stand by you to the end
-Watching the sun rise over the the first snowfall of the season in the wee hours of the morning
-Sitting around a campfire late at night with friends, cooking s'mores (never gets old) and trading stories
-Being out on a lake and just taking a few moments to be silent and listen to the water gently rock the boat back and forth
-Evening BBQs in the summer, as the sun is setting and the day is cooling down

I wish. Cancer. Skydiving is somewhat the same feeling afterwards, but the survival of my disease is a much more intense feeling that occurs over a longer period of time.

Rekunta

Congrats on the survival. I've had people close to me that weren't so lucky. Going through all that is- well, words can't describe it. I'm glad to hear that you made it :)

Today a friend and I were playing Rainbow Six Vegas 2 and I kept popping out from cover and firing. The crosshairs in my scope were dead on his head but my shots kept going wild, landing on the post at the edges of the scope. Tthen in frustration I started blindfiring and headshotted him on the first shot. Lol'ing and wtf'ing commenced.

I support it because there really isn't that much that you can cut from the seventh book without killing it. This way they can stay true to the novel.
