Top 100 Community Reviewer!

ALRIGHT!!!!!  I'm finally one of the top 100 community reviewer's!  I've been reviewing tons of games, working really hard on good reviews for those games, and now I have finally been awarded the rank that I so rightfully deserved!  This is one of the greatest days for me here on Gamespot!

P.S. My reviews don't end here!  Expect tons of great and detailed reviews in the near future!  I'm planning on keeping my title as one of the top 100 community reviewers in all of Gamespot.com!

My absolute best review ever!

I just now reviewed the game Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 and I found it to be the absolute best review I have ever made!  I am extremely proud of this review and would like to advertise it here in my blog! However, it is very long, so if your willing to read it, then be sure to have some free time on your hands!  ENJOY!

P.S. Expect tons of great reviews like this one in the future!  Heck, they'll probably be even better than this one!

Another Glitch With Gamespot?

I recently reviewed some games, but when I clicked submit, it said "could not find page."  I'm just glad that they actually went through, but then they don't show up on profile for awhile and sometimes they cause loading problems for me on gamespot!  Why is this happening?  I  review games on this website all of the time, so how am I going to continue with my reviews if it's going to glitch up everything?

P.S. Has anyone else had this problem?

My longest and Most In-Depth Review Yet!

I recently reviewed a game from my grand list of future reviews, but I really got into this one because the game was so great that I just couldn't stop!  I reviewed Jak 3, a very good game I might add, and it turned out to be my longest and most in-depth review yet!  It is probably well over 500 words long and since it took me a very long time to review and I'm so proud of it, I thought I might as well tell everyone about it!  If you want to read it, then either look through my reviews or follow this link, but I must warn you, you're in for a very long read!

Images are back, but not all of them!

I came to Gamespot today to see that my avatar wasn't just a big yellow G!  This is great, but where are all of the other images?  I want to see my sig again, besides, a lot of other people get to have their sigs show, so why not mine?  Also, the inclusion of unlimited posting that I have been waiting forever since the re-design of Gamespot has been taken away, and now I am REALLY pissed off!  I have a union to take care of and I need to be able to post as much as I want their, but I can only hope that Gamespot has a heart and will bring back this much needed feature.  Anyway, I am a little less upset with the re-inclusion of some of the images, but until every single thing is fixed, I will see it as Gamespot doing a half-asked job.

Please Gamespot, Bring Back Our Images!

This place has been really dull lately.  Not a picture to be found except for emblems, union avatars, and game box-covers!  Now I've been bored lately and this is not helping!  I was trying to expand my union's activity and increase it's level not just for enjoyment mind you, but to raise it's level and make it that much better, but most of the members there seem to lack energy and enthusiasm. The activity there is  moving up and down every now and then, but it is listless to me either way until it sees some heavy activity!  I have over 1000 members in my union, but it stays like that for a long time on end!  I've begun to grow listless too and that has halted my production of reviewing games by a hefty 2 games a day decrease!  I usually manage to get in 3 games a day, but now I've just lost most of my reason to keep up the pace. Gamespot, please bring back the place I know and love!

Perhaps next year.

I know, I know, I said I was going to enter in Gamespot's "developer for a a day" contest, but the competition is too fierce with people that are so dedicated to winning that they would develope a game right down to every possible detail. With a cash prize, no guarantee of an awarded emblem, the outrageous games that were created in the past entries, and this year there is bound to be even worse competitors because of the cash prize!  I don't have the time to create an entire game!  Unless I were a game developer myself, I would not have the patience to create a game right down to the bare bone.  I just simply don't have the time nor the resolve.  Perhaps next year.  Also, I will not be able to give out my game idea for fear of plagerism, but I will say that it was set in feudal Japan and it had a very compelling storyline, but I have yet to work on much of anything else about it.  However, for now I will concentrate on my goal of completing my grand list of future game reviews that you can see in one of my past blog entries about 8 entries away from this one.

Maybe I'll give it a try.

The Developer For A Day contest is still going on and I thought of a pretty good game last night, so I think I might give it a try even if I'm not guaranteed the "Aspring Designer" emblem.  My last blog entry told you all about what a waste of time it is, but now I think I'll just do my best and hope that I'll get that emblem and become a finalist!

Too bad.

I recently found out about that whole "Developer for a Day" thing going on and I had been looking for that for awhile because I have been interested in creating my own game idea and publishing it to Gamespot and I've been interested in that stylish emblem that you get if you happen to become one of the top 10, but it's just to much work to do!  You have to go through this whole making up ideas for a game thing, then somehow get it to gamespot without taking up a huge space in the forum,  and then you ahve to give gamespot your real name so if you win you can claim this cash prize?  I wouldn't want to do this for the money!  I would want to do it just for the fact that I get to create my own idea for a game then have it shown off and to get that emblem, but it seems like such a waste of time because even if you come up with some great idea, you may not even get it presented in any way and, guess what, no emblem!  I can't work on something that hard for someone else and not even get it noticed by the community here!  I really wish gamespot could make this a little easier!
