This week I started back my training regimen after being off for about 2 months because of surgery on my foot (long story) I have several wearable weights that I use to train with I have 25 pound ankle weights and 10 pound wrist weights and a weighted harness to wear under my shirt that weighs 30 pounds I'm telling you all this because I probably won't be on until later in the day now. moonlightway is the friend of the week be sure to congratulate her! at this point I'm out of things to say so I'll end this blog!
EDI T: all that stuff equals 100 pounds even so it just sounds like more than it is
