I've been trying to connect to xbox live but when i try i get that message. What does it mean and how can i fix it?

Does anyone else like COD 2:Big Red One?COD 2 was meant to be a sequel to it ,but its nothing like Big Red One.COD 2 and 4 are the biggest peices of rubbish i've ever played and COD 2:BRO and COD 3 are just amazing,Treyarch know their stuff.

All COD4 is good for is teamkilling.No one hardly goes online on COD 2 but COD 3 loads of people go on it,teamkillings fun and its also fun to play proper.
