Probably one of the biggest reasons is that the 360 shares so much of its target audience with PC gaming, and there are probably as many if not more PC gamers out there with rigs as powerful or more powerful than the 360. There's no real reason for them to switch over.

WRONG when 360 cost goes to $199 it will sell like CRAZY just like the PS2 did when it got down to the $149-199 range.

Really? /thread? Care to explain why PS2 sold 15-25 million before the $199 price drop? Why isn't the Xbox360 doing this?

1. PSN - Simple. sleek design, and have less latency issues than XBL and Xfire. Latency is the key factor for me.
2. PC - The father of online gaming. Too bad most games on PC are not my kind of games.
3. XBL - Great service. Lots of bells and whistles to show off to your friends. Latency isan issue. Paying for it is a downside.
4. Wii - enough said

The fact that Wii is outselling the 360 should show that 360 was never really selling..My guess...

10 million - 360
12 million - Wi
5 million - PS3

Sony was to arrogant this gen.. Expecting to hold onto thier position..

Didn't whats his name claim the PS3 would sell for 600 bucks even if it had no games? That is the arrogance.. And exactly why Sony is losing.
