They both look exactly the same, which speaks as much to the masterful graphics of Mario Sunshine as to the depressing similarity between the Wii and the GameCube.

Yep, playing on your couch (or bed) is always better than being scrunched up at your desk.

ZuljinRaynor - Yeah, much tougher than soccer. If David Beckham were so quick to leave a game in the NFL, he'd be cut so fast it's not even funny. American Football players endure injury the likes of which soccer players never could. Now soccer FANS, those mofos are TOUGH.

HALCONAZUL - Haha, funny how that works. I'm actually making it a habit of replaying games in their Spanish modes to try to help out my Spanish. :)

Why are the anti-Spanish people so upset? It's not like EA's cancelling all English versions of their sports games. They're just dropping some Madden on people who'd rather their entertainment be in Spanish. More money for them, I say.

allmybase - This is actually a large part of why many RPGs just don't see European release. The logistical nightmare involved in releasing a massive game like an RPG in English AND the romance languages makes all but the biggest RPG releases unfeasable. France, Germany and Spain won't buy an English-only game, leaving the UK as the only country where English is the primary language (though smaller countries like the Netherlands will often get the English version as that market is too small or not that kind to dubbing).

minos - I always wondered why the companies including Spanish in their games DON'T publicize it in Spanish TV and mention - in spanish - how you can access that track. You'd think that would help get more sales.

allmybase - That's what I'm thinking. Pressing another disc, making new packaging, and releasing it this long after the English release makes poor sense. And we KNOW they can shove a Spanish track in: I doubt it has as much audio and text as BioShock, which DOES have a Spanish track (which can be accessed by setting your 360 system language to Spanish). There's no reason to waste this much money on separate versions when a couple of short blurbs in either language on the box + a "TAMBIEN EN ESPANOL" bubble next to the cover athlete's helmet will do the same trick.

Exactly, Allmybase. This is a move to cater to a market and earn some money. And if anyone knows EA, that's what they're all about. Though hopefully Madden 09 will be English and Spanish on the same disc.
