Has anyone heard anything about the next gen of consoles. It has been a number of years and problems that i think the next gen consoles should fix. Im pretty sure that nintendo is gonna milk the wii fit forever as they should, but what about microsoft and sony. Do you think the next gen should focus more on online play, being able to interact between consoles as i do. What better awy to settle X-Box vs. Playstation vs. Computer vs. NINTENDO than allowing them to interact via online competition.Unlikely maybe, but to say that it is impossible would be a terrrible lie.

But regardless of my babbling and drooling at the thought of console interaction, I ask again.....Has anyone heard anything about the next gen of Gaming consoles?

The constant upgrading of a flawed console(360 and its continuing rrod) is ridiculous in my opinion.

When i got my first rrod, i would warm my 360 up before playing it. id wrap the adapter (the very large block looking thing) in a towel and let it run for about 10 min, then turn the 360 off and back on again. it would work like its supposed to but id still stay on the dashboard for an additional 10 to 15 min. Besides, the 3 year warranty from microsoft should last you until the next gen of consoles, i mean think about it.........Isnt it about time for the next gen, speaking of course specifically on a time line scenario.

Red Dead Redemption. The trailer looks great and i am very excited about this fast pace western shooter.

Achievements are nothing more than another gimmick so people buy games. but i must admit, when i get bored of a game, and if I'm wating for another game to come out that I want, I will go achievement hunting, Its not so bad hangin wit Brucie in GTA 4 for a cheap Helicopter Ride. I buy games for online play myself.

Microsoft needs to get their act together. I got the red rings on the console they gave me after my first console, the 20G, and now its outta warranty.
