If it has been doing it since built, obviously there was something wrong with the build. It does sound like a temperature/power related problem. You can run Speedfan to monitor your CPU temp to see who that is doing (if your MB supports it). Is it getting hot in there? Try it with the cover off and in a very cool room, with a fan even. Try to isolate the problem to either heat or power -- are you connected to a UPS? You may have to swap out the PSU just to eliminate that as a possibility.

I find putting very easy in Tiger Woods 06.  The trick is to use the putt camera (A) to see where the putt will break, line up your putt in that direction, and the big key is to select the right power setting.  If your putt is 20 feet, and you choose 20 feet power, I always end up short - I can never hit it perfect, so I choose the next power level, which in that case would be 30 feet.  There is a chance to hit it too far, but hey, its like real life.  If the put is 26 or 27 feet, then 30 feet works out great - line it up and let 'er rip.  The same holds true for the clubs - the distance it says I should hit is a little bit too long for what I actually hit, except for the rare ocassion I hit a perfect shot. :D

I am using the component HD av cable to connect my 360 to a 24 inch SDTV with a component video input.  The screen looks great to me.  I cannot tell the difference between my screen and the HDTV set ups I have seen at Best Buy and Game Stop.Zero7159

Sorry man, I dont mean to sound harsh, but you need to get your eyes checked out. :D  Seriously, if you had them side by side you would be able to tell the difference - it is night and day.  Some people notice subtle difference in color gradients, or jagged edges on straight line (like a wall) or the pixels (at the lower res of SDTV).  The best way to understand this difference is if you are a computer person, and remember when 640 x 480 was hot.  Compare that to 1920x1080 (or even 720).  There simply is no contest.
