does anyone still play it? and will someone play it online with me? i have never played it online before. also feel free to post any funny fails you have done when playing starwars galactic battle grounds.Ldeaths0ul
I don't think you will find any players online, and if you do, they are probably super good at it. I haven't installed that game in years but I still have it. I think I still have the Clone Campaigns disk laying around here somewhere too.
Join a squad and spawn on a squadmate. 2-3 guns firing at someone is much better than 1. Low crawl behind cover or sprint from cover to cover. Do not run out in the open. The game is not a run n gun style game, it is a tactical shooter. You have to play like you would if you were really there. Know your role. If you are a sniper, don't charge toward the front. If you are an engineer, take out that tank!
I didn't really experience any in game bugs once I got past all of the Origin and Battlelog garbage. The campaign was pretty bad though. I was hoping for play against bots to practice using Jets and Helis...guess you just have to crash a few times and have everyone laugh at you. BF3 could have done without the SP, but I think they were pressured into it because they wanted to beat MW3 on every level. Sadly, they should have just stuck to what they know best.
The TC is not likely in the market for a desktop right now seeing as how they just started gaming on a laptop. When someone asks for advice on upgrades, 95 times out of 100 they are not looking to spend top dollar on top end hardware. Sounds to me like Dan is asking what he can do to make his laptop gaming experience more enjoyable, what upgrades he can apply, and what games he can play. It isn't really helpful to recommend desktop hardware to a laptop gamer.
Used sales of goods are socially acceptable due to centuries of doing it.

They're socially acceptable here in America above all places because we are capitalists. If there were a way someone could make from pirating games and have some of them be back ended to the Government for their own person profits then that too would be completely acceptable.
Most disappointing games: Rage, Dragon Age 2, Witcher 2, Battlefield 3, Bulletstorm, Crysis 2, Skyrim, Duke Nukem Forever, Deus Ex Human Revolution and Dead Space 2. Ironically I had high hopes for this year but many games did not meet my expectations. Only Shogun Total War and then only partially.Sentinel112
Um, then what games did you LIKE this year? Assassins Creed 2.2? MW 2.1? Indies? Dead Space 2? I don't quite get your list.
Crysis 2 was a major letdown. Even the Dx11 and tesselation downloads couldn't save it. It was still too linear and blocky and an obvious port. I wish games that originated on PC would STAY on PC ONLY! No Gears of War 2 or 3? WTF? F*CK consoles. Leave my PC games ALONE!!
