I think some people forget that Sony ditched packaging their camera simply in order to beat Xbones price point. If I remember right, it's at the sacrifice of some DualShock funtionality ( http://kotaku.com/the-ps4s-camera-can-do-some-cool-tricks-461245527 ) So, you lose some functionality to save a bill, or you end up buying it, and equalling out the price. That is all.

Thank you! That's what I was thinking too! I bought an Elite about a month ago, only to be surprised that a company that is trying to push HD, doesn't include anything HD!! STANDARD cables!? WTF!? Also, the power block that plugs into the back covers the HDMI slot, so you can't use the the cables included for stereo sound, and use the HDMI for a HD picture. Fortunatly for me, a friend had a spare componant hookup, that also had an optical port for surround sound. Damn money grab if you ask me.
