Even though I didn't buy it, I did just find our old Nintendo 64 in my parent's storage unit tonight. There was a ton of games with it including Mario Kart 64, Super Smash Bros, Banjo Kazooie, Turok, and Golden Eye. Needless to say, I'm pretty excited.
I don't believe there is one single factor that makes a game fun, honestly. There needs to be a certain combination of elements to truly make the experience worth your time, not to mention the 60 bucks you shovel out on a new game. Of course gameplay is one of the largest to consider. Basically if it's a pain to play, most likely you won't be playing it very long. Also graphics are important now as well. Seeing broken frame rates, discolored pixels and the like isn't going to make for a very enjoyable time. Story line and characters must be considered as well. They need to hold your interest, because if you don't care about the story or characters, chances are you aren't going to care about the game either.
But these are just my opinions, however, if you can do these things well, I believe they will add up to an amazing game.
How about just letting them decide for themselves? If they want to see the older ones first, let them. If they want to see the newer ones first, let them. If they don't want to watch them at all, disown them.
Horrible job by MLB starting this game if they knew the weather forecast was bad. They just wasted an epic pitching match up of CC vs Verlander and totally screwed this series up.ohjtbehaaave
I agree. I don't understand this at all. It makes zero sense. I was looking forward to seeing the Verlander / CC match up twice. Now We might get it once if the series even goes to game five.
