Being among the Ye Olde Fahrt class of gamers (ie I remember losing myself for hours in Infocom's wonderful text adventures), it's great to see games like this (cerbral and full of wonder/mystery) still being made. I'm no proponent of any one system, Xox, PS, etc, but you have to admit this is one genre/type of game both consoles are sorely lacking
Sweet sharted shorts this looks fantastic! This and the next Dragon Age being released for prev generation=2 more reasons I don't need to upgrade yet. Not that there's anything wrong with that, of course.
@blackace @TheOnlyConan Agreed. I just booted up Resident Evil IV on my PS2; still wondering what all the bitching about it looking like crap on an LED TV was all about. Looks great. Still (IMO) one of the top 5 Greatest Games released during the prev generation.
@enoslives7 Amen Brother. Recently lost (ie house broken into) my 360 Elite, I'm looking at options for replacing it. Being that I'm not in my 20's and have limited time AND $ resources (for $60 AAA titles), $100 vs $150-300 (ie refurbished to brand new) consoles seems like the betther buy. While there are a few (Bioshock Infinite) new titles I'd love to play, I've no doubt that the Tablet and mobile revolution is going to result in an explosion of quality titles that won't be exclusive to Sony/Microsoft (forget Nintendo). If I'm just looking to relax for an hour or so after coming home from work, hardware like the OUYA and Shield (partic the latter with its PC streming option) make for a good argument.
