I also recommended in building a PC, in order to collect all the best thing in one PC.

In addition if you want to upgrade it later you can change any part on it easily.

(also if there a part get damage and you need to replaced (using the warranty) you have only to take that part, but in the un-build PC you have to take the whole PC).

i agree with 04dcarraher ... you should take a power supply of min. 500W .

and for safety take 600W (in case u have increase the load on the power supply in future)

try this: in the msconfig start-up turn offeverything, except the ones that is running from the windows and system...And see what happen.

Don't worry there will be no problem if you turn off the start-up programs :)

thanx for the info. ZBoater :). and i would like to ask something: Does the Outlook leave the deleted file as they are or it convert them in new format (so that the outlook is the only one who can open them)

also is this the folder that the outlook put the old file in "C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook"

That folder holds attachments that were opened from emails but for some reason were not deleted. If you dont delete them manually, they stay there forever.

ZBoater

I disagree with you on that....because there is specification amount of disk space that can be used for Temporary Internet Files and it can be determine manually by user but the Windows usually put to it as I remember around 500 MB of disk space.

After it reaches that amount it automatically delete the old ones.

Maybe there is a virus problem or some software has been damage and can't run very well....

Try to check the CPU usage from the Windows Task manager if it exceed 2%-10% and you are not running any heavy program or games then check the processes and see which software are doing that and just shut it down.
