@livedreamplay: Wrong once again. Far Cry 5 isn’t on Switch not because it has an exclusivity deal, but for a technical reason. If the tech problem is solved, the game will be on Switch. The exclusivity deal EXcludes competitors of the same kind that can support a game.
By your logic, games like Destiny 2 are exclusives because they aren’t on Dreamcast, Atari or PS2, even considering that the game technically can’t run on them. They weren’t excluded, because you can’t exclude something that isn’t able to by its own nature.
But you didn’t answer my questions: Why can’t I play Ni No Kuni 2 on Xbox or Switch? Is it a technical problem or a company deal? If it is muktiplataform, why some competitors were excluded? Mutiplat now excludes or is its exclusive nature? Choose: exclusive or multiplataform.

@livedreamplay: Do you want more etymology lessons? :) Do you know what the prefix “ex” means, don’t you? And what about “exclusion”? Now think about how the “ex” from the derivative “exclusive” works. Take a look at your sub definition classes: “plataform exclusive” or “console exclusive”. What they have in commom? Exactly! They exclude a group of its kind. Not by chance you aren’t able to define them without using the term “exclusive”.
Now the definitive question: why can’t we play Ni No Kuni 2 on Xbox or Switch? Was it that’s multiplataform nature? If it isn’t multiplataform, what is it?
@livedreamplay: “understand the concept of exclusivity”? Really? I even explained the etymology and your arguments weren’t able to dismiss them.
Besides not having more arguments, you still keep cursing others, what confirms the inability to debate.
And that’s it. Play Ni No Kuni 2, but not on Xbox or Switch, as the exclusivity EXcluded them. If it wasn’t exclusive you should be able to play on other consoles. What blocks us playing the same game on other plataforms? Is it multiplat nature? LoL. That seems to be difficult for you to accept the truth. Maybe because you’re ******. Now you should understand in your language. LOL.
@livedreamplay: So no more arguments? Ok. Try to enjoy the exclusive Ni No Kuni 2 on your PS4 and be happy. Don’t try to play it on Xbox or Switch, ok? I just can’t...
@livedreamplay: Wrong. Windows isn’t a competitor of the same genre. If MS releases a game on Xbox and PC, does it lose money? No. And the gamer? Do players earn anything if someone else can’t play an exclusive game? No. The competition is among consoles. Sony would lose money if MS could earn its fanboys money (what actually happens, as they abandon the PS4 and play PC, while Sony can’t do the same).
And that’s why Ni No Kuni 2 is still exclusive to PS4. No other console can run it.
1. Multiplat are never exclusives. Your Far Cry 5 example is bizarre once again. Exclusives EXcludes a member or a group of competitors of the same kind. The game isn’t on Switch not because Ubisoft doesn’t want it, but because it can’t technically right now. Maybe a poor port is coming later.
By the way, you’ll be saying that every PS4 game coming to Vita or PS Now aren’t exclusives anymore;
2. “Sony had nothing to do with creating the game”. So what? It was about PS4, that has exclusives not created by Sony. The companie’s mention just make sense in the way you did: exclusivity, what is a false premisse.
@livedreamplay: First, exclusive (etymology): limited to a single or a group, that EXcludes a similar one. Can I play Xbox exclusives on PS4, or PS4 exclusives on Xbox? No? That’s the exclusive effect: they were EXcluded.
Secondly, you’re contradictory once again: a game can be exclusive even if the plataform maker isn’t the creator. Your logic is broken, as a Sony mention just makes sense if you mean it an exclusive, exactly the original point. Don’t run away from your paradox.
Thirdly, your bizarre statement: suddenly, your *** means “first three letters of japanese”. Wtf?
I’ll send you a message using your code: **** ***!
P.S. maybe the message is japanese, portuguese, french or klingon. You decide. But later I’ll tell it’s what I want.
Bye, dude. You made my day. My friends here are LOL. Thank you.
First, it’s still exclusive and most sites treat it like that, as it won’t come to Xbox anytime soon. Remember: exclusive is what EXcludes somebody or a group.
Secondly, you said “it’s not developed n’or published by Sony”, a point that only makes sense if you mean it an exclusive.
Thirdly, where is that “japanese developer” mentioned in your post? Read it again. LOL.
