That's really the best racing game series. Its developer doesn't need a decade to bring new features and evolved features.

@HD_ITeRRoRiZeI: Think about that: Win10 PC is the same software on XOne right now. Making a PC game means an Xbox version also. But now console gamers can have the same options as PC players.

@validifyed: Think about console gamers. Why they buy a console? Plug and play, access, just press a button to function, community, easy to use etc.

MS now tries to give them some PC advantages, keeping the console ones.

@Shimayama: You still don't need. But on Xbox you can if you want. Wanna try "ultra" graphics or 4k resolution? On Win10 games you can always choose. For developers, making a Win10 game means an Xbox game right now. Soon you can buy a hardware piece and connect it to you console. Options are always welcome.
