1 - check every financial report and yourself. If a game runs on Windows it makes MS money;

2 - developement isn't for an exclusive plataform. It can function on anyone, but its source is the same;

3 - try to preorder a PC version. The publisher remains Microsoft Studios.

1 - every PC game makes MS money for each unity sold and it doesn't matter the developer in case. Take a look at MS financial reports every year and check yourself;

2 - Microsoft Studios is a Rise of The Tomb Raider co-developer;

3 - Microsoft Studios is the publisher.
