Is it wrong tho to enjoy bad games? I love playing games which are just plain bad (not the downright broken ones, mind you). Red Steel is a good example.
Yes, I know that the library of games is thin right now and $249 might seem pricey for a handheld, but when I look around and see everyone paying games on the smart phones, tablets, 3DS's and now the Vita, I just feel that maybe I should jump in as well!! Your thoughts?ShoTTyMcNaDeS
Actually It is not as unlikely as many make it out to be. I remember reading an article where one of the creators of the early modern computer predicted that pocket PC's and smartphones would be the death of the conventional computer in a near future, At the time I thought that the man was crazy but the smartphone+tablet craze which has been raging these last few years, mixed with rise of cloudbased technology has certainly given me pause to think.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Upon further thought, I have come to the conclusion that there is a very real possibility of tablets, cloudbased tech and smartphones rendering stationary PC's and dedicated consoles obsolete and replacing them entirely. Fortunately this would have no effect on videogames tho.
Color me unsurprised (some shade of brown, I think) ever since I heard of ME3 getting multiplayer I've been expecting all major game releases to follow suit. If the Ubisoft people are smart, which seems unlikely given their history of straight draconian DRM, they will leave the co-op elements out of the main storyline and instead offer some sort of missions (maybe hordemode?) which can be played co-op.
