Naked Snake is who you play as in Snake Eater, and Snake isn't old in MGS4, he has a disease, but you can get face camo to make him look younger....if that helps?

But I do have to say, I enjoyed the first Ratchet and Clank way better than I did all the others.

Oblivion

After the first few hours, Dragon Age become largely open world, though I do believe you have to travel sort of like Mass Effect. Not like in Oblivion where it is free roam, and the whole map is open to you, and you roam where and when you choose.

Too Human.

I think Borderlands was made to be played with a friend, or 2 other friends. I have tried to play single player, by myself, and the story is a bit weak, and the world just does not seem as lively as it does than when your playing with your friend. This way you and the person you are playing with can sort of compete, play together, and level in a fun way. Single player just seems so bland.

I am so hyped about this game.
