I still haven't seen his and Danielson's first match. Didn't it go for 60 minutes?

The first went somewhere in between 20 - 30, the second around the upper 40's, and the third around the upper 50's. All of them were terrific and definitely must see stuff.

As long as they turn him heel, fine. But Jesus, how he's STILL a babyface after all this time is beyond me. The argument that he moves too much merchandise to be turned is a moot one, since plenty of heels move or have moved merchandise. Triple H, for one. Hell, The Rock crossed into the mainstream as a heel. And hey, if you're worried about losing your younger John Cena fans (which is a plausible concern, considering that they are just as much a part of the audience as the 18 - 35 year old demographic is), they'll simply have a guy to hate! With good reason, much like how Hogan turned his back on all the little Hulkamaniacs in 1996. Last time i checked, that ended up being one of the most successful and attention grabbing angles of all time. So NOW, not only does the 18 - 35 year old demographic hate the guy, ALL the demographics have a reason to hate him. The Cena fans AND the Cena haters. More people hating him = more people paying to see him get his *** kicked. It's not like the people are just all of a sudden going to stop paying attention to the guy once he's turned heel. (unless you book it that way)

It's a win-win situation. No matter how anyone spins it, it makes no sense whatsoever NOT to turn him heel.

Charlie Haas should not be moved to Smackdown. The feud with Viscera might not be that great but being on Raw he could feud with Benjamin or even join him to reform the world's greatest tag team. Either one of these possibilities would be better than anything they would do with him on Smackdown. Orton, however, would be a good choice to move back to Smackdown. Even though I like him being on Raw there isn't enough room for him and Edge on the same show. A Batista/Orton feud could be great.

smrock

And the point of keeping him on a show with no legitimate tag division just to reform the WGTT with Benjamin, instead of moving him to a show with a tag division that actually shows some potential would be? :?

How about releasing Randy Orton instead of moving him over? :)

Anyway, i'd move Edge, Kane, Haas, Benjamin, and HBK over to Smackdown. Smackdown needs that one top heel and Edge would fit the bill perfectly. Give him the belt and just let him run with it. If only Eddie was alive.... imagine how big an Edge/Eddie title program would've been. Build Kane up as a psycho monster heel a la his character circa 2003. Book him as an attraction until a babyface gets the belt. Perhaps feud him with the Undertaker, Lashley, a babyface Finlay, Rey Mysterio, Batista, Chris Benoit, and Matt Hardy. Turn Haas and Benjamin heel and put them in the tag division as London and Kendrick's top rivals. HBK would be there for starpower and all the fresh feud possibilities. The big money match of the year would definitely be HBK and Undertaker.

[QUOTE="_Muta"]Bumpage. Give me another name, TheGM. I'm bored. :)straven_marven

Test, since he is hardcore xD

Good one.....

Actually, old Test could be put to some good use in ECW.....

Alright, first off, give him a different look, as his look was quite bland and cookie cutter-esque toward the end of his last run. Perhaps let him grow out his hair again, but not too long. Give him his old pair of grey leather pants, too. As far as his character goes, rarely have him talk. He's not a silent killer, just a tough big man in the same vein as Stan Hansen. Also, let him be a little stiff, and give him the Fisherman's suplex and the Lariat as his finishers along with his old Big boot. A crucial part of Test's character is his ability to knock people out, so Last Man Standing matches will be his speciality.

Anyway, air a vignette with CW Anderson (I know, not exactly oozing with charisma, but the vignette would be kept short) basically running down Test and how he doesn't have any place in ECW. Have Anderson challenge Test in his first match with ECW the following week

Week 1: Test's big debut

In the middle of the show:

CW Anderson comes down to the ring. He gets on the mic and tells everyone that they're about to witness what happens when you prance around, branding yourself "hardcore" and "extreme", when in essence you're about as hardcore as a fish riding a bicycle. He tells all the other wannabes in the world to take what they are about to see as a message.

Test comes out.

Both men are standing in the middle of the ring. CW screams at Test, telling him to come on over. Basically, let Test get outwrestled by CW for a minute or two, until Test floors him with a riveting stiff shot. CW rolls out of the ring trying to regroup, but Test follows him outside not allowing CW the chance to dictate the pace of the matchup. From here on, give Test a great deal of stiff offense for about 3 minutes, until CW changes the direction of the match. Give CW about a minute of convincing offense, until Test changes the tide once more and KO's CW with a Lariat. Test is announced the winner and leaves the ring.

When CW comes to, he's escorted out of the ring by Danny Doring, his sidekick (in my booking)

Week 2: Proxy battle - Danny Doring

Danny Doring comes out to the ring. Test comes out. In this match, Test just destroys Doring for 5 minutes and pins him after giving him a Fisherman's Driver. CW comes out of nowhere to help Doring and successfully knocks Test down with a chair. CW and Doring leave the ring.

Week 3: Test vs. Balls Mahoney

Before the match, CW and Doring go into the audience and hang around the crowd. They cheer when Mahoney comes down to the ring. Mahoney gives them a weird look. Test comes down to the ring. Test and Mahoney have a decent slugfest for about 7 minutes. They're pretty evenly matched, but Test comes out on top, pinning Mahoney after a Lariat. CW and Doring then come in the ring and attack Test, Mahoney comes to Test's aid.

Week 4: Mahoney and Test vs. Doring and CW

Basically should just be a good old fashioned mid card tag brawl for 6 minutes or so. Have Mahoney eventually pick up the win over Doring while Test brawls with CW on the outside. Eventually CW picks up a mic and challenges Test to a rematch

Week 5: CW vs. Test - II

The time has finally come for the big rematch. Should be a back and forth brawl for about 10 minutes before Doring attempts a run-in, only to be taken down with a Big Boot by Test. Test then gives CW his fisherman's driver. CW kicks out. Test, shocked, Fisherman Driver's him on a chair. Test pins him. Test grabs the mic and cuts a short promo. He asks in a very rhetorical tone if he's earned his so called stripes now. He says it doesn't matter whether or not Test is hardcore. Test is here to stay. He says the CW Anderson is a thing of the old attitude, while Test is the new attitude personified. He then picks a half-conscious CW up and Lariats him to hell. Test leaves the ring.

Week 6: Testing the Sandman

Test squashes Tony Mamaluke.

Later on in the evening, he is picked as Stevie Richards partner against Sandman and the ECW Champion RVD for the main event. Match goes about 10 - 12 minutes. Richards goes over the Champ after an awesome spot where Richards superkicks and Test Big Boots RVD at the same time. In this match, we see the first stare down between what will develop into one of the biggest "money" feuds in ECW between Sandman and Test. Sandman gives him a cold stare. Test stares right back. They brawl afterwards, eventually being separated.

Week 7:

Test interrupts Sandman/Richards taking down Sandman with a huge boot, allowing Stevie to get the win.

Week 8: Psychological warfare

Test pins Roadkill after 6 minutes. Roadkill doesn't get completely obliterated, he holds his own for a bit. Sandman's music hits and he comes down to the ring. Him and Test brawl for a few seconds until Sandman takes down Test with a cane shot. Sandman canes him a few more times.

Week 9:

Backstage, Test requests that his match with Justin Credible become a singapore cane match. Obviously, Test can't handle cane shots, and is trying to toughen himself up. Heyman greenlights it.

Test beats Credible in 4 minutes.

Later that night, Sandman beats Tony Mamaluke with a cane in 1 minute and grabs the mic claiming that's how a REAL man wins a cane match. Test comes out. They stare each other down, both yelling inaudbible things towards each other.

Week 10:

Test is scheduled for a tag match with Richards against Balls Mahoney (Mahoney and Richards are feuding) and a partner of his choice. Test cuts a promo saying he wants Sandman in a match tonight. Mahoney comes out. Mahoney says he'll ask Sandman, out of respect for Test. Test Lariats him for all his troubles. Richards and Test start beating up on Mahoney. Sandman comes down and makes the save. Sandman accepts Mahoney's request.

Sandman and Mahoney go over Richards and Test when Mahoney pins Richards. Sandman and Test brawl until Test destroys Sandman with a chair. Heyman announces that next week, for the first time ever, it'll be Test and Sandman in a Singapore cane match.

Week 11:

Sandman wins the Singapore cane match in 12 minutes.

Week 12:

In a backstage vignette, Dreamer tells Test there's only one way he can temper himself for a Singapore cane match. Footage is shown of Dreamer taking a bunch of cane shots after the big blowoff of Dreamer's feud with Sandman. Richards, who is Test's pal of sorts, starts beating Test with a cane. Test asks for another, and so on and so forth.

Week 13:

Test wins a singapore Cane match against Balls Mahoney in 6 minutes.

Week 13:

Test challenges Dreamer to a Singapore Cane match. Dreamer is surprised, but accepts. After 10 minutes, Dreamer finally loses.

Afterwards, Sandman comes fromt he crowd and starts beating Test with a cane. Richards makes the save. Sandman and Dreamer challenge them to a tag team tornado cane match for next week's show. They accept.

Week 14:

Dreamer and Sandman win after Richards taps out to a cane choke. Test then challenges Sandman to a one on one Last man Standing match for next week. Sandman accepts.

Week 15:

After 12 - 14 minutes, Test knocks out Sandman after a Fisherman's driver from the top rope through a table. Test wins the feud.

Ratings averaging in upper 1.0's/lower2.0's? 5, 000 in attendance? Yep, this show has become Thunder, in such a short period of time.

They're an iota away from panic mode. They have never been this close to having aboslutely no real legitimate stars to fall back on since 1995, until HBK began to emerge. How about instead of burying talent like Alrbight (i refuse to call him Scott), you take advantage of what he has to offer? He's not charismatic, but he's a solid technician who would fit perfectly in a tag team setting with, oh say..... Harry Smith? If the shoe fits. I could defintiely see them being a throwback to the Bulldogs.

Forget the fact that the Great Kali sucks for a moment, why does a majority of the show have to be built around one person? It's ridiculous. It defeats the whole purpose of an undercard. There a plenty of ways to make Kali look like a threat without having him trounce all over the undercard. Even when Lesnar was being pushed, they never had him crap all over the mid-carders for no reason. He was either in a feud with said mid-carder or wrestling enhancement talent like Chuck Palumbo. So why?

IMO, the only thing that can save Smackdown is emphasis on tag team wrestling. With all these big legit main eventers and workers sidelined, it's the only logical step. And now, Batista just isn't going to cut it.You have London and Kendrick as a great cornerstone team and The Mexicools. Add the ideas of Gregory Helms/Jamie Noble, Albright/Smith, Regal/Henry (even though it wouldn't a whole lot of sense, politically), Kash/Jeter,  and you have one hell of a tag team division right there. Might as well bring over Shelton/Haas to add even more legitimacy, since they're floundering anyway.
