[QUOTE="_christoph"]yea im not going to get it. my dad is looking to spend around 700. nothing top of the line but ok to run some fps'. i was just looking around at some parts and it is better to build a computer. i was looking at a intel core 2 duo 2.0, decent motherboard, 1gb of ram, 250 gb harddrive, case, power supply, dvd burner, and GeForce 7900GS 256MBgraphics card for about 600. we already have a monitor and stuff. all those parts are name brand not crap just dont feel like listing all the details.dbowman

Sounds pretty good to me. If you live in America make sure you get your parts from Newegg.com , its the cheapest place.

i live in canada so i cant go to newegg but there are some cheap computer part stores in my area. not liquidators wholesalers or something some products are even cheaper than tigerdirect.ca

need help as soon as possible.

i tried using the windows xp disc and i get into recovery but it asks me which windows system i want to recover and what the admin password is and im not sure what thats all about.

microsoft support says:

After you enter the number for the appropriate Windows installation, Windows will then prompt you to enter the Administrator account password.

Note If you use an incorrect password three times, the Windows Recovery Console quits. Also, if the Security Accounts Manager (SAM) database is missing or damaged, you cannot use the Windows Recovery Console because you cannot have correct authentication. After you enter your password and the Windows Recovery Console starts, type exit to restart the computer.

but i dont have a password on the account so how can i enter one.

same thing happens to both my L and R buttons they will work one minute and cut out the next. there may just be dirt or dust under the button try using dust off or blowing to remove dirt. i know im sending mine in to get replaced cause dust off isnt working to remove dirt so i dont think it is dirt under the button.

FFIII has pretty good graphics and metroid prime looks great. but overall elf bowling 1 has the best graphics. that was until elf bowling 2 was released.

OMG!!!!! same thing happend to me.. look at this.. not even funny... here pic of my ds

oh yeah.. i super glue mine.. although sometime it gets off.. i super glue it again... thinking of geting a replacement shell...

Alexdude26

That's exactly what mine looks like.

Same thing happened to mine.

same thing happend to mine. got it replaced for free from nintendo. the same thing is happening to my cousins ds lite. his warranty is up so i told him if it does result in this which it will just buy a replacement shell off the internet. they cost anywhere from 10 to 40 canadian and most sets come with the screw driver and stuff you just have to do the work yourself which isnt that complicated.
