yea that pisses me off too when i go to buy a "new" game and they have to put the game into the case. one time i went to buy my brother a few games for his birthday and when i was nearly home i opened one of the cases to see the booklet and there was no game in the case or any of the cases. i had to go all the way back to get them to put the games into the cases. i just assumed since the games were shrink wraped they had the games in them but i guess not.
its also kinda like a new car is new when its in the lot but as soon as you drive off the lot with it then it is used. so why would you consider a new game to be new when it has left the case. i know it doesnt really make a big difference but i would still consider it used.
