..and thats the whole point in a game.

I am beginning to think there will never be a decent FPS MMO. If they can spend this much money on developing this game and this is the best they can come up with then I give up.
Did they strip all of the content out of this game so they could sell it to us later? I can not see where they spent all the money in this game. There is minimal enemy variation, minimal story and all of the areas are the same. Different colors with the same enemies. If they had actually added some variation into the game play and the worlds and unique upgrade paths that create varied characters then this could have been really good. This is just a Borderlands in space. Its like they have taken all the bad parts from Halo and Borderlands and thrown them all into on game.
There have been a few attempts at this genre of game and all have failed to be anything close to what was expected or promised, borderlands is the best so far. I don't expect this game to be perfect, especially as devs are still getting a handle on the new gen, however this looks like it is a massive step forward from anything before and things can only improve. If they are looking to prolong this game over 10 years I expect a lot of big changes will happen over the years that will completely transform the games experience. If any of you played Diablo 2, that game was fairly boring until they release the expansion pack which made it one of the, if not the best game in that genre.
86% on the against end of the scale, last 3 options.
All of the fun youhad in Daiblo 2 was stripped out and the grinding made so incredibly hard you never find a decent item. The game revolves around the real money auction house and generating some cash for Blizzard. Played it at launch, waited a few months and played it again, just tried it again. Has not improved at all which is a disappointment.
Are there any decent games the Kinect is confirmed for?
Everyone was saying the PS3 would be leagues ahead of the Xbox360 but that never happened. Let just wait and see what happens when the consoles can actually show off completed games..!
When it's refered to as a spycam I don't think people mean MS are watching your every move.. like a southpark type World of Warcraft player on the other end drooling over your living room!
More like they will be monitoring you behaviours and responses to games / movies / tv, which they have already said they will do. They said you can turn the privacy options on but does that just mean your personal data (location / name / ect) is not attached to the recorded responses, but the responses are still recorded.
Results staying pretty constant as well.. still around 50% hating the Kinect and 80% don't care about it (bottom 3 options)
I understand where you are coming from but the Kinect isn't a cheap webcam you get with the system. Its a large piece of hardware, nearly as big as the console itself, which the consumer is paying around 20-25% of the purchase price to have. I want something that's costing me that much money to be used more than Skype calls / OS navigation. I just cant see any real value or use in the hardware apart from party games / kids games. If I am playing a game I am not going to drop the pad to do a maneuver..I didnt purchase the original kinect because It didnt seem like something I would use when I game alone mostly.
2.0 looks like a really interesting piece of kit and I will be using it for navigating the OS moreso than as a game controller.
With that being said if its implemented in to games in a meaningful and interesting way then I have no issues with using it. I certainly dont mind it being bundled with the console.
