I want to tell everyone that this has been my first chance to get back on gamespot.  Its nice to see the forums are working...but my comp at my house has finally crashed...and I am poor.  Take this as that I am leaving gamespot until I get my computer back.  Please continue to post on the STRIPES union if you wish.

Look, just because no new updates are appearing on the union, doesn't mean I decided to quit gamespot.  I am not touching the union until everything on it gets fixed.  I might reset something somehow...I don't know...

Just be patient with the new site design and the delay until mostly everything on the union is fixed.

A lot of people might not come back for awhile, and when they do...well...

All I am saying is that while this "improved" version of the site has more features, IMO, it is very poorly laid out.  Besides from getting the latest game information, I come back daily because of my profile level...and when its that small...ugh.

Something I do like however is that now we have ##.##%, rather than just one big percentage...we have fractions of a percent now for more accuracy.

Oh, for the info, I am back on level 10, with 59.77%.

This was definitely a "different" movie. I loved the depressed robot character, Marvin, he was hilarious. When I first saw the preview for the movie in the theaters, I could never figure out whether the movie was serious, or was supposed to be funny, or even what it was about. Well, it was pretty funny, and had a lot of stupid stuff that made you laugh.

The plot is about...lmao...

Earth is in the way of an intergalatic superhighway, and needs to be destroyed to make room for the new highway. "We tried to warn you, we figured that all those aliens showing up in the sky would be signs...I have no sympathy for any of you what-so-ever."

So the main character's best friend, who is actually an alien, hitch-hike's him off the planet. They survive and it just tells a story about their stupid and hilarious adventures in space. You should definitely rent this one, despite how dumb it sounds.

I give it a 6/10, but I am a serious critic when it comes to rating comedy movies. This is a movie you should see however.

I could give you a lot of jokes, but they would ruin the movie.

Hoo_Rider made it for me a LONG ways back on The Godfather PS2 video game message boards, back when I was using GameFAQs.

I think it looks pretty cool. He did an awesome job on it.

Thanks to my DSL connection, I can finally download videos from gamespot really fast! I went to the PSP news section like I always do, and saw "The Sims 2" Trailer. I can not play Sims games, sadly, due to my extremely glitchy computer, so I figure a Sims 2 port to a playable console would be the next best thing, and downloaded the trailer. My original expectations for this game on the PSP weren't that great. I originally intended to get this game for the PS2. I figured for it would just be an exact copy of the PC version, only portable. I was very wrong.

I saw it, and the thing that got me, was something I had been wanting forever in a Sims game...Mini-Games! There were actual fun and good looking mini-games that were exclusive to the PSP version! There also seems to be a zombie theme or something...this is going to be interesting.

I am definitely getting this game when it comes out, for the PSP.

I doubt it will really make a difference, but just wanted to let you know. To Black_Flag, Jackalmeida, HamsterLV and Brainkiller05, please try and just keep the union alive once more, I go to my dad's house every other weekend. Expect this again in two weeks.
