the Obsidian programmer said the problem manifests sooner on the PS3, meaning it's a problem that effects all versions and it lies at the core of the engine itself

Nintendo_Ownes7

I don't see any 360 players reporting the same problem.

Thats because the issue occurs quicker on the PS3 then it does on the other systems.

They said "with New Vegas and Skyrim the problem is most prominant on the PS3 because of the divided memory pool."

Since the memory on the PS3 is divided the PS3 experienced that problem long before the Xbox 360 and PC version experiences it.

My God Cows are getting desperate

[QUOTE="lx_theo"] I guess you would know grasping at straws. You've never done anything but. You didn't use common sense like me.

I didn't expect a real reply back after completely destroying your weak attempt at an argument.

Destroy what? The fact of the matter is that the same flaw exists in the 360 and we are getting reports of it popping up for some people. You're off arguing a point not relevant to that and acting as though it is. Might as well make another account called GraspingAtStraws.

A forum topic with 8 people posting on it is reports of it popping up

Mostly has to do with them missing out on the GOTG Skyrim, Uncharted 3 being a dissapointment, having a weak lineup of multiplats, and Sony failing so badly in sales and financially.

why do you people encorage this fool.

lx_theo

You can't spell encourage yet you call me a fool?

Its actually really easy. Fool Fool Fool Fool Fool Fool Fool Fool and so on... The funniest part is that they are all true.

Possibly the worst attempt at trying to be clever and funny I have ever witnessed.

No he said it's more pronounced on PS3.

Meaning likely unnoticable on the 360 and PC versions which is why weeks after release we have not seen such stories published about those platforms.

Wow talk about reading into completely inane remarks to try to draw some nonexistent conclusion.

This is what one would call grasping at straws.

Show some real evidence of this happening on 360 like Bethseda directly saying it, hundreds of major websites publishing stories on it, videos thrown across the internet like we're seeing with the PS3 version and then we'll talk ;)

Linear doesn't equal bad though. In most cases open world=bad. The best is inbetween though like Demon's Souls. Not linear or open world. A perfect mix. Everyone knows mix is best. Like girls. You don't want a 100% white woman or 100% black woman. You want middle eastern or latina or something not all that other crap.

themajormayor

The point is it's much easier to achieve graphical fidelity in a linear enviroment.

Uncharted 3? Why would that be nominated?
