I don't play online video games. Is this worth $60 for the single player mission alone? Can I still play offline coop with a buddy? Recent releases have disappointed me greatly. All the focus is on online at the expense of the single player experience. I know im the minority.

I bought Madden and was annoyed that you can't play a friend (in the room) during career play.

My question about this game is when you go to start a career and you go to start the game does the game recognize the other controller so you can play two player vs.?

In Madden you can't. I like to play seasons where my buddy plays with my opponents. I do the same for him.

What I do is pick a team and do a season and my buddy (who is actually in the room with me) plays using my opponents. He does the same and I play using his opponents.

It's a fun way to play the game. Take a team from the beginning and try to get them to the playoffs while not having to play the computer. Gaining stats and winning awards makes it so much more focused than just playing exhibition games.

I pick the Panthers and start my season. We go to play game. The game doesn't even recognize my buddies controller. I figure it's something I missed. So I try it again. No difference. 

I call EA and after a long hold they tell me that the function has been taken out of the game. I just wonder why? What's the point? For realism they say. I just don't get it. I can't play my buddy during my season. I have to play the computer?

The game is essentially useless to me now. 

I don't know how many people play this way. But I really enjoy it. I feel like EA ripped my guts out. This is something that needs to be fixed and im not even sure it's possible.

Please take a moment to bother EA in regards to this problem. Thanks.

I like violence. I prefer non-linear games. I like killing innocents. I like being the bad guy. I've heard this is a game has all this and im thinking about buying.

BUT. I work at a school and I hear all the kids talking about it and it sounds like a kiddie game. "I found the scroll!" This doesn't appeal to me.

Ive played any zombie game you can think of. Mass Effect. GTA. Dead Space. Is this game for me? Ive read reviews and they don't help me decide.
