I am getting PS3 version because DMC is best for PS3 controller imo. Also I probably will import a Dual Shock 3 since I heard they work on US PS3s, so as I do not need to wait for US to get it.

I would say the issue with live. I mean someone tried to sue M$ for 5 million just because he couldn't play halo for awhile.
