In my observation girls seem to be more attracted to gaming systems in this order: wii, ps3, 360. Why is this the case? Because most shooters and brutally violent games are on the 360. When it comes to games the whole family can enjoy, 360 just lacks those titles. I think microsoft needs to broaden their audience if they want to be at the top of the gaming industry. That's actually my biggest critique of the 360. I don't own many games for it because I'm not into shooters much. The console just needs to be more mainstream. The perception of the average 360 owner is a teenaged-pimply faced halo nerd. I mean, am I wrong?
Microsoft needs to do a better job of attracting the female audience. Nintendo has already figured this out and that's why the wii will win this generation:)

imo that is why the game will not be fun.
If you like the Halo universe then its at least a rent. I've been playing RTS' on consoles since the original Command and Conquer made its way to the playstation via port back in 1997 and I love the series. So if you like being strategic and using your brain then an RTS may just interest you. If you want to experience an RTS on a console then I suggest Tiberium Wars for 360..its a really good game and works well with the pad.
I'd rather save the money for a better exclusive on my PS3 or 360.
