The only time I had frame rate issue was at the end of the game in the one room where there are huge amounts of people, but once you get past that room it speeds up back to normal. I am a huge cow and everyday I wake up I give a cold stare at my 360 just because. To be honest I think they are equal and only a blind fanboy would say one is better than the other.
