They just can't resist comparing everything to Modern Warfare.

I always had Sega consoles, and so did my friends, so naturally, I'm going with Sega. Not that I have anything against Nintendo, it's just the fact that the only Nintendo console I've ever owned bar various GameBoys was the GameCube.
- Civilization IV - ironically, I loved Civ II back in the day. I can see why people love Civ IV, but there was just something about it that kept me from playing (and no, it's not the fact that it's turn-based).
- Commandos 3: Destination Berlin - the only game in the series I actually own, and it didn't exactly make me return to the series either, probably due to it's (IMO) extreme difficulty.
Just won a Sega Saturn auction on eBay after feeling nostalgic (used to own one many years ago), so I'll no doubt be paying out for plenty of Saturn games over the next few months.
Now that I think about it, one of the reasons I play games full stop is to relax, regardless of the genre. Alright, so maybe Battlefield 3 isn't exactly the best way to chill, but in general I play just about any single-player game to relax.
I bought a package with S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky and Call Of Pripyat included many months ago, and after playing Pripyat, Clear Sky has been sitting on my shelf ever since. I'll get round to playing it at some point I guess...
I'm primarily a PC gamer - I don't own any current generation console.
Not exactly a purchase, but yesterday, one of my co-workers very kindly donated me a Commodore 64. The C64 itself is in perfect working order, but the external Datasette tape drive needs repairing. I got given Altered Beast and Pac Mania with it, but obviously I need to fix the Datasette before I can actually play them. Should be a fun project to get the old girl up and running again!
Considering it, though i've got too many other games to play through at the moment. Bought a new rig last month.
GTX 550 Ti. Good stuff, but not top spec.
