Your ISP might be giving you just 1.9 MBPS, my ISP gives me 1.2 and yeah, I do feel that a slower net does give disadvantages, especially with the knife and Throwing Knife.

No, because thats a HDMI OUT, it only outputs video/audio, doesn't receive anything.
