@MHzBurglar People love to bitch and whine but never bother look for solutions to their problems. If all the losers who complain about the Windows 8 UI bothered to look on the internet for 5 seconds they would find a plethora of start menu restoration programs and would never have to look at the "Metro" UI again. instead of finding a solution to their oh-so-minor problem, they spend all their effort complaining and then wonder why it never changes. But you are right, for those who do use it, it isn't implemented well for non-tablets.
