It's from Drakengard...one of my favorite game series ever. No one but me seems to like it, though. And when I mean "Like it," I mean "Obsessed." It's just ******* awesome, especially the mood of the first game.
Before this it was a hot cosplayer of Tifa from Advent Children.
The closest I can think of to what you are describing would be "Long John Silver's" fast seafood place. Pretty much every seafood thing and fries and stuff. I live in south florida and there are a few of them around here but I dont know about the rest of the US.nooblet69
