o that reminds me, my 7th grade english teacher said "um" a lot so like you and your friend, me and my friend decided to count how many time she said it.

1 class= 70 times.

I had a math teacher that did the same thing, except she said "shhh" to quiet down the class. I think we came up with ~70 as well.
