@Pelezinho777: You can't really expect much from a console named Xbox. It's your fault for thinking Microsoft would be more creative and blown us away with a great name.
@sladakrobot: You're missing the point. There is no reason to own the Xbox One X. It's powerful, but it is being constrained to it's full potential by the Xbox One/S. The Xbox One X looks like an after though. The Xbox One S is more than enough for Xbox. It has the 4K blu ray player, and 4k. The Xbox One X should've been moved up to next gen where it could've had games made only for it, and be backward compatible to Xbox One. Since the Xbox One X is not being allowed to it's full potential, it looks like an Xbox One S.
@sladakrobot: It does not look that way. The Xbox One X is a very powerful console, but it's being restrained by the Xbox One/S. So being very powerful now is a little too late. The competition has already left it in the dust.
@Starshine_M2A2: It's called Public Relations. They're saying the truth though, they'll have no control if their customers are playing on Xbox Live. Sony does care about their users, just like Microsoft, Nintendo, etc. That's their business. Not all computer networks are guaranteed to be 100% secure. It does not mean you're not trying to keep it secure.
@sladakrobot: It is a big issue. Sony has millions of online players. Xbox Live has millions of players, but less than Sony. Nintendo has basically none. Microsoft has all to gain from this. Sony and Nintendo would basically be sending their clients portfolio to Microsoft. Microsoft would then have new clients to sell things to. This harms Sony. It doesn't harm Nintendo because they don't really have a big enough online presence and their customers probably already have an Xbox or Sony console/account.
@xzerocarnagex: But it benefits Microsoft when they're getting new customers. How does this benefit Sony? Why would Sony be stupid enough to give Microsoft all this benefit? They are both competing with different online gaming services. You really want Microsoft to have a monopoly on their online gaming service? This will harm Sony, and Microsoft has all to gain. Think for once.
@xzerocarnagex: As Sony shouldn't. There is no benefit from it for them. Microsoft gets new customers and business opportunities as you will need an Xbox Live account.
@sladakrobot: There is no business opportunity here for Sony. Microsoft gets new players and business opportunities from it as users will need an Xbox Live account.
