Hey all, I am really sorry that I have not so much as posted once in FOREVER, but I just made the transition to university and am still getting my bearings and such therefore I have not been on in awhile. Anyways I may only make sporatic appearances for awhile since the workload is going to kill me as midterms and such approach. So once again I am sorry for being MIA! So this is it, I am officially done high school. I just finished my last exam and now all that's left is prom!

Can I just say, that this year was both amazing and horrible at the same time. My friends, the old and the new (you guys included :D ) have been amazing this year, and all the things I've done were so fun. Although the work was really challenging, and I had to drive myself slightly insane studying, I will still have fond memories of the year past. I just wanted to say that when the chips were down for me, I always had so many friendly people to turn to at school and here on tv.com. You guys were my respite from the crazyness that was school and I just wanted to thank you all for being so awesome and that I really appreciate how kind you all have been. So thank you all! (Big props to the hiphugger gang, you all know who you are!)

Anyways enough with the sentimentality. I merely have one more thing to say: I WON THE BIOLOGY AWARD, YEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!! *EXTREME happy dance!!*

Oh yeah and those two who have me on facebook get to see my prom pics lol. :P (Prom's tommorow, yay!!)

Wow, it has been awhile since I last blogged! Here's my reasoning in a nutshell:

1.) Nothing all that interesting has happened in my life of late

2.) I got absolutely SWAMPED in homework cause I'm in grade 12 (which, not gonna lie, is a lot harder than grade 11 was)

3.) I was in my school's fringe festival during one week, which succeeded in making more homework pile up because of performance and rehearsal

So yeah that's where I've been dissapearing off to! :? Anyways, I have a little bit of a break now before I need to start studying for finals, and some interesting things have happened as well. First of all I got an 96% on my english ISU essay, which we've been working on for pretty much the entire year. The thing is, that I don't even enjoy english cla.ss because I am a science person! So let's just say that the fact that english isn't my lowest mark kind of blows my mind.

The second (and much cooler) thing that happened was that I saw the wonderfully talented KT Tunstall live last night! Now, some people when they perform live sound flat or off key, KT however sounded great. Her voice sounds almost exactly like it does on her albums (and yes she was actually singing I could tell, she modified some songs etc.) not once did she in any way mess up vocally. Not only was she singing, but she was also playing one of her many guitars at the same time. What really impressed me the most was how, during some songs she would record some of her own backup vocals and background sounds (like knocking on her guitar) using a device on stage she controlled with her feet, then set the sounds to repeat. It was really cool, and I wish I could multitask like that! Her band was wonderful too, the guys were all equally talented with multiple instruments (including the triangle, best instrument ever) and all of them were proficient with the tambourine. Last but not least, she was an extremely entertaining performer cracking quite a few jokes which had me laughing (including about how she had been informed by the management that there was a bat in the auditorium), the best of which was the random fact moment. So yeah, it was a privelege to see one of my all time favourite artists live, especially one who's base is in the UK (and here I am in Canada) and to get such a good show out of her.

Oh and the sound levels weren't deafening so I could actually appreciate the music instead of the nasty sounds of my ears being pounded to death, and since there was assigned seating people sat down and I could SEE!! (I'm like 5 foot 3, so people standing in front of me doesn't really go down so well). So all in all it was an amazing night!! I highly recommend anyone to go see her live, you won't regret it! :D

So yeah, it's my birthday today! I'm 18 now, which is absolutely crazy! I mean I can vote now and I am considered a legal adult... That is so odd! I can sign my own forms and best of all I can sign out of school whenever I want lol. Haha I am so old! Jks I'm not but I just feel that way.

Seems like CBS was wishing me a happy birthday too. They just aired two AWESOME new episodes of CSI:Miami 2 nights in a row and they are airing a new CSI:NY tonight. Gotta love their timing lol. Anyways I'm sorry if I seem a little insane, but I just finished a very bothersome essay and now I can enjoy the rest of the night!

Oh and I drew Hugh Laurie once but I can't find the scanned image on my computer and we no longer have a scanner so yeah... Ok so I'm about ten days late, but I was in Europe so hopefully you all will cut me some slack! Anyways feeling much better today, which is a huge plus. However this means my excuse for not completing all my homework is fading fast... As I am a straight A student thought I'm sure my teachers will (hopefully) give me a little more time before failing me miserably since I am usually very good about handing in homework! :D

So yeah it was my one year ten days ago, and yay, I managed to make it to level ten even though I barely used my account for almost half the year (The hiphugger gang got me hooked! You know who you are lol.) Despite my slow begginings I have had an awesome time with everyone here at tv.com! Met so many great people from all over the place; I was able to break out of my little Torontonian bubble. I have never once felt left out or unwanted, never felt like my opinion wasn't valued or dismissed. Maybe some of my friends tease about me going on forums, writing fanfiction, and making banners but I don't seem to care lol. I have fun with you guys and that's what I value! Claudia, Jenne, Hannah, Angie, Suze, Clo, AJ, and Ashleigh you guys have really made me feel welcome and wanted here at tv.com! Luv you guys! Kassie, Greys-Anatomy, orangemann and Dakota, I haven't really gotten to know quite as well of yet and still you guys have already turned out to be just as nice and fun as the hiphugger gang (and of course Suze!) I've made a decision to get to chat with you guys more in the future, and do feel free to comment on any of my blogs, I won't bite..!

Anyways here I am going off like some receiving an Oscar, so I'm going to leave before this whole blog turns to cheese and I run out of time for my project!

So the title pretty much says it all! I'm back from my tour around France, Belgium and the Netherlands; the trip was awesome. Unfortunately due to the fact that I live in Canada I have MAD 5 hour jetlag and an annoying cold... :? However I'll (hopefully) be back in tip top shape in around 4 days, as well as going to school again. Anyways I guess it's good to be back despite Europe's sweet outlook on alcohol lol, and the loads of cool places, people and things it posseses. I get to cuddle the cat, sleep on my own bed (without a friend snoring in the bed next to me lol) and see my family who were vacationing without me up until the day before I left. Anywho just wanted to say that I'm back and that posting may be sparse this weekend as I have jetlag a cold and a mountain of homework!:(

Hey everyone,

So here in Canada our spring break is called March break, and it is a week earlier than the US spring break. The thing is, is that my march break begins the week after next and I am travelling. I am actually leaving next tuesday evening (march 4) and I have loads of homework to do this weekend. This means I may be on very little this weekend and maybe not at all during my trip...

However I will try my hardest to find the time and necessary computer to go on during march 6, my one year! I will be back on normally around march 14/15 to get caught up with all the fun I missed. :( I'm gonna miss you guy loads, but I'll try to get on at least once during my trip. We do have a very busy schedule and will be moving around France, but I will try!!

Anyways, I'll put up a quick goodbye post on monday night! Just thought I'd warn you now, instead of just dissapearing out of the blue!

Five highly interesting things about me... Hmmm... Let's see...

1.) I go to an arts school but I am going into science in university.

2.) I got 5th place in the province for archery in 2006/ it might have been 2005... (school competition female division).

3.) I cannot dance to save my life!

4.) I have a black and white cat named Teddy, whom I recite drama lines to when no one's home lol.

5.) I have an irrational fear of clowns.
