^^ At least Apple stopped the hiring of minors. But question remains if they banned those factories too.

Welcome to New Zealand, we brought this law in last month.

3 warnings from your ISP, however it is up to the COPYRIGHT HOLDER to find your IP and then request a warning at the cost of 25 bucks to the ISP provider of the infringer.

At current, on the third warning you can be called to a claims tribunal to argue your case, maximum fine imposed is about 15,000. Btw you are guilty until proven innocent and if you recieve a warning and dispute it, it's up to the copyright holder to decide whether or not you are guilty, derp.

At current, the part about removing internet access doesn't come into the law until about 2013 I think. The law itself is a complete joke though.

"You are guilty until proven innocent." Isn't this a human rights violation?

[QUOTE="topsemag55"]SCENIC, S.D. - This tiny exclave just west of South Dakota's badlands is officially an old ghost town. But its future is shrouded in new mystery. "We don't know what's coming," said Kathy Jobgen, 50, the only employee remaining at the only business still in town: the U.S. Post Office. The town of Scenic - once a popular stop for people traveling to Rapid City from the badlands to the east or Pine Ridge Reservation to the south - was recently purchased by an unusual buyer for less than $800,000. The Iglesia ni Cristo church, established in the Philippines in 1914, bought the town and surrounding acreage from longtime resident and area rodeo legend Twila Merrill, who had gathered the land bit by bit over several decades. What is strange is there is a NDA in place, so the church isn't disclosing its plans for Scenic. Even the real estate agent cannot divulge any info.

Wow. INC Church has money.

Just accept the job. That restaurant manager might be re-assigned to a new place so you won't have any more problems.

Didnt Nintendo just win a case or so against piracy in France?

Gamingclone

So... interesting. I didn't realize that you have study about the LGBT community. Unless you want to run for public office. Shouldn't this be in Political Science or Law courses?
