500 Watts Xion ATX Power Supply Dual Silent Cooling Fan,

Intel® CoreTM 2 Duo E6850 CPU @ 3.00GHz, (Quad-Core FSB1333) MSI P35 Neo-F P35 Chipset LGA775 Supports Core 2 Duo CPU FSB1333 DDR2/800,

1GB (2x512MB) PC6400 DDR2/800 Dual Corsair XMS2 Xtreme Memory,

& NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB 16X PCI Express.

Should i get a different motherboard, or is that one going to be fine? Also, do I have a good enough power supply?
