so there are 2 Bookers. the one that accpets baptising, and Booker that dosen't. the one that acpets becmoes comstock and becomes infertile. the Booker that dosen't, has Anna and gets into drinking and gamble deps. then the Luteces open other universe for comstock so he can steal his daugher in Booker's gamling world. So Anna dose exist in universe where Booker dind't accpet the baptasing. But Elizabeth dosen't so in a way elizabeth did die, but Anna is still alive whit Booker.

Or does co-op have diffrenent missions. (like portal 2. you have solo single and diffrent co-op)
