[QUOTE="another_star"]hello all. i got the ring of death about 1 1/2 months ago. they sent the box within a week of my request. i sent it back a few days after. i followed the status online. and it took about 1 week to get to the service center. so those few steps lasted roughly 2-3 weeks. i've been checking my status, and all i see is "Device received at service center." its been like that for about 3-4 weeks. does it usually take as long as this? and for the record, i have a launch elite.real45Was yours a falcon? and how long did u have it how do i know if it was a falcon? =X and i got the elite on launch day, i frgt what day it was... april 30? and thanks for replying.

Also, I have bought the VGA cables for the 360, and WOW, was I amazed. My friend gave me Assassin's Creed just so He could have them!!! I know it's not Wii, but I'll be gettin these for my Wii soon, and , even though the Wii is not meant to be a high-end graphics machine, it should look pretty good. When I get them I'll share the news with everyone.cjm23360 on a 17" VGA monitor > 32" HDTV > 52" HDTV i'd say it something to do with the screen being smaller, and the details are more obvious (rather than being spread out) and if you think im being biased.... a friend of mine has the VGA monitor set up... ..and i have the 2 HDTVs [of course, split screen is a b***** on the monitor. =P] and im pretty sure those are the same with Wii... i believe theres such a thing as "too big" when it comes to video game screens. im not saying that in all categories (refresh rate, lag, tv, etc.) is better on the VGA monitor, only on gaming. people seem to be more impressed with the VGA monitor than the two HDTVs
but 360 suck and so do ps3sdirtymurdy123as much as i pledge my love for nintendo. i've got to say... i've been registering a lot of hours with my 360 and on live with a bunch of FRIENDS and FAMILY
[QUOTE="VGobbsesser"]says it all right there "THEN DONT BUY IT MORON!!!" ...seriously... its THOSE kinds of people who are complaining.but not just about video games, but everything. contradictions.Read this quote from the page.
What kind of message are we sending as parents when we buy these things for our kids?
If they're so against these things, why are they buying them for their kids in the first place?:?

lets just hope that it will be on par with the other nex gen consoles. i could see it now... WII II IN 1080P. xbox 900 in 9806540980P =P we could only hope....Send it to Nintendo to upgrade, or buy a new one.
To answer your question the Wii will NOT be in HD. Nintendo's next gen console will support HD.
