Whevever i press my xbox button on the controller, my tv screen flashes a dull green for a split second, then everything is fine. It happens every time i press the button. I don't think its anything serious though. I play on a 720p hdtv and it has done this pretty much ever since i started playing it on that tv. Never happened on my SDTV. Any thoughts, or does it do this for anyone else?

I don't know about you guys, but I'm really looking forward to Dead Space. However, I still am a little skeptical, since it is being made by EA. I like EA, but sometimes it seems like they forget how to make good games, or don't try hard enough IMO. I'll probably be waiting for reviews before I hopefully get it, but EA looks like its done a great job with this one. What do you guys think?

Um, you go to matchmaking and join a ranked playlist. The more you play and the better you play, the more your rank increases. If you want just EXP to improve your other rank (general, commander etc.) then you can play any type of game. Just make sure you win!

Just wondering if you guys have gone back to any games that you've purchased a while ago, like if you got your 360 a long time ago and if you still play the first game you got for it? Also, are there any xbox original games that you've played recently or have completed again? Recently, I've played KOTOR2 again and also Mercenaries.

Mass Effect probably if you like rpgs. It is amazing and you'll get a good 30+ hrs on your first runthrough, and more if you do all the side quests.

You've played Guitar Hero too long when you hear a song, then air play it with five fingers while listening.

mass effect is a that "superb" game you're probably lookin for.rustedMECH

I was considering that, but doesn't it get repetitive after a while? Judging from what I have seen it seems that it would get boring after a while.

I know there are a bunch of threads like this, but I'm looking for a great new game. I'm planning on buying a few but don't really know which ones are worth my hard earned cash. I've read many reviews, but wanted to get insight from some people who have bought the game. So, i was looking for something other than another run-of-the-mill shooter, and I'm not a big fan of rpgs. What games are really superb? I was looking at games such as bioshock, condemned, mass effect (I enjoy action based rpgs), and some others. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. I already own cod4, gears, and halo 3.

Not sure that would be a good idea, but if its made by Infinity Ward, I'd pay attention to it.
